Icon Error 500 on demo installation

When installing the demo in the Demos step, I get an error 500 (the server parameters match the required ones). When I reinstall the second time this error no longer occurs but I get a duplicate menu.

Hello,

We have tested on both local Laragon and some servers. We still can import demos normally

Besides, other customers can import demo also. Therefore, why need to check detail in your server

Login doesn’t work because I tried to reinstall wordpress.

I checked and the demo instance also does not work on the local system (MAMP). Please fix the installer or create step by step instructions on how to create given layouts for each demo page.

The red/green status is your server while grey is your requirements.

Actually, your server does not meet our requirements. Kindly increase these settings on your server

  • max_execution_time requires 1000 while your server is 30
  • memory_limit requires 512M while your server is 256M

Before reinstalling the demo, kindly run the WP Reset plugin to clear all old content or these will be duplicated

Or you can change your server settings then notify us. We will help you to import demo

Before reinstalling the demo, kindly run the WP Reset plugin to clear all old content or these will be duplicated
