How do I add First and Last name input fields to the subscribe form? (Wooler subscribe form element). I can not see where to edit this. Where does the element pull the information from? I want to submit first name, last name and email to mailchimp to subscribe to the mailing list.

In Wooler 1.0.6, we have added this option in Customize > Other Setting – Email Get List > Mailchimp

  • Show First Name Field
  • Show Last Name Field

Wooler Subscribe Form Element is designed to collect email only. We will improve it in the next version

At this moment, would you mind using the MailChimp plugin to collect more information?
